Privacy notice

Handloom Haat Foundation (“we”) runs this store. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules.

What we collect and why

• Name, phone number, email and delivery address — to process and deliver your orders.
• Order, invoice and payment status — for GST records, refunds and returns (a legal obligation). Card and UPI details are handled by our payment gateway; we never see or store them.
• Blouse / fit measurements (only if you add them) — only to stitch what you order.
• Offers on WhatsApp, SMS or email — only if you opt in. Withdraw any time by replying STOP or from your account.
• Basic usage data (pages viewed, searches) — to improve the store. Advertising cookies load only after you agree.

Who we share it with

Courier partners (to deliver), payment gateways (to take payment), messaging providers (to send order updates) and authorities when the law requires. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Invoices and order records for 8 years as tax law requires; marketing consent until you withdraw it; everything else while your account is active and for up to 3 years after your last order.

Your rights

You can see, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, and complain to us or to the Data Protection Board of India. Use Account ▸ Privacy or write to our Grievance Officer.
